wat ga je doen?
je ondersteunt bij elke stap van het wervingsproces, waaronder het selecteren van sollicitaties, het organiseren van interviews (zowel online als op kantoor), het coördineren en inplannen van interviews in de agenda’s van managers en het uitvoeren van assessments en tests.
je neemt contact op met geselecteerde kandidaten om hun beschikbaarheid voor een interview te bespreken en stemt dit af met het interne team om een geschikt tijdstip vast te leggen en de afspraak in te plannen.
je helpt bij het organiseren van assessments op kantoor.
je ondersteunt bij de organisatie van wervingsevenementen en workshops aan universiteiten in samenwerking met collega’s.
je helpt bij het screenen en beoordelen van sollicitaties na een training en begeleiding.
kortom, je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en draagt bij aan het invullen van diverse openstaande posities.
wat breng je mee?
je volgt een universitaire of hbo-opleiding.
ervaring binnen recruitment, bijvoorbeeld als stagiair(e) in een recruitmentafdeling, is een grote pre.
ervaring met recruitmentsoftware en applicant tracking systems (ats).
je bent zelfstandig, proactief, zelfverzekerd en oplossingsgericht.
je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend nederlands en engels. onze interne voertaal is engels.
je bent een echte doener met een frisse blik en hebt een energieke persoonlijkheid.
