What we’re Looking For

Experienced Grant Professionals – experts with 5+ years of proven success in European and national grant programs. Full-time freelancers only (not for side hustlers)

Experience in securing funding through top EU Programs

• EIC Accelerator, EIC Pathfinder, EIC Transition, Horizon Europe
• Marie Sklodowska-Curie (MSCA), ERC Synergy, LIFE, IHI

Experience in National funding Programs

• Netherlands: MIT R&D, OP, DEI, MOOI, ZonMW, NWO grants
• Spain: NEOTEC, RETOS, ENISA Loans, Torres Quevedo
• Germany: ZIM, KMU-Innovativ, DFG, EXIST, IraSME
• Nordics: Business Finland (Deep Tech Accelerator, R&D&P Funding), Innovation Fund Denmark (Innobooster, Missionbooster, Grand Solutions), Innovation Norway (SkatteFUNN, Research Council grants)
• UK: Innovate UK, UKRI, Wellcome Trust

We are seeking Topic Specialists – Consultants who bring niche knowledge or domain expertise in emerging areas.

We are particularly interested in expanding our freelance pool in:

• Digital, Industry & Space – including AI, semiconductors, space, industrial engineering, and other “deep tech” fields.
• Civil Security for Society – defence-related expertise (EDF and related programs) is highly valued.
• Climate, Energy & Mobility – cleantech, sustainable innovation, energy systems, and GSI-related topics.
• Food, Bioeconomy, Agriculture & Environment – experts with a strong track record in these areas.
• Health – We already have great experts, but still open to exceptional talent.
