We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Freelance Business Developer to join our team in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate should have minimum 5 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Catalyze Group. As part of our strategic expansion efforts in Europe, we are looking for individuals who can help us penetrate key markets and establish a strong presence across Europe. The target countries to expand our client portfolio include but not limited to the UK, Belgium, France, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Germany, and the Nordics. Catalyze operates within the sectors of life sciences, sustainability, and Industrial and Digital Deep Tech, making it an exciting opportunity for those passionate about driving innovation and positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other business development strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives, while working on commission basis
